About the role
The aim is to raise the profile of the Mizuno brand within dedicated region. To grow Mizuno Custom Fitting sales via organised Fitting days and "take over days". To provide Mizuno Custom Fitting Training to our network of Performance Fitting Centres (MPFS). Raise the standard of Mizuno Custom Fitting to the highest in our industry. Increase convenience of Mizuno Custom Fitting Services for consumers and MPFS accounts. Increase sales of other product categories as requested by EMEA UK & Ireland Sales Manager.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Provide in store technical product training and support
- Conduct custom fitting sessions at each MPFS account
- Convert custom fitting sessions to sales through the fitting days
- Attend trade exhibitions
- Carry out any other duties as required
- Report sales, appointment levels and consumer data to EMEA UK & Ireland Sales Manager
Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Highly organised individual
- Knowledge of specialist retail golf custom fitting market
- Understanding of custom fitting methodologies
- Full driving licence
- IT Literate
- Personable with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
We are looking for established fitters to work with/support our existing team with up to 5 fitting events per week. Working between March and September with possible product training October to February. You will earn £250 per day to cover all expenses (accommodation costs covered if away). £125 per day for product training events.
