Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the performance of the team through TGI Fridays values.
  • Oversee all aspects of operations: People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Health & Safety, and Property.
  • Ensure standards are maintained and goals are achieved in sales, guest experience, and operational excellence.
  • Foster an environment where staff and guests feel valued, loyal, and celebrated.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador for TGI Fridays.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Solid experience in a similar hospitality leadership role with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to deliver a guest-obsessed culture.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, labour controls, and forecasting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, deliver business results, and maintain high operational standards.
