You already know who we are.
The red and white stripes. The buzzing dining rooms. The unmistakable energy of Fridays.
Since 1965, TGI Fridays has been a home of flavour, flair, and celebration. Born in New York City, we’ve set the standard for iconic experiences — inventing the Long Island Iced Tea, creating Loaded Potato Skins, and leading the way in full-on hospitality.
This isn’t just a role. It’s your moment to shine on a team where every shift is a performance, and every guest interaction is part of the magic.
About The Role
As a Server Assistant, you are the essential support act to the front-of-house show. You help keep the rhythm flowing and the energy high — making sure tables are cleared, food and drinks are delivered quickly, and every guest receives a seamless experience.
No Previous Experience Is Required.
We’re looking for enthusiasm, initiative, and a love for fast-paced, people-focused work. You’ll be supported with structured training and development from day one, learning from a team that thrives on energy and fun.
Evening and weekend availability is essential — when the restaurant comes alive and every table becomes part of the action.
This Role is Built On:
  • Craft – mastering behind-the-scenes duties with efficiency and pride
  • Liberty – bringing your true self to every shift
  • Joy – helping deliver memorable moments with every guest interaction
  • Showtime – embracing the theatre of hospitality in everything you do
Your Backstage Perks
  • 100% of gratuities go directly to the team
  • Time and a half pay for hours worked over 48 per week
  • Weekly pay — every Friday
  • Career development opportunities and fast-track progression

  • Performance-based recognition and rewards
  • Refer-a-Friend bonus scheme
  • Wagestream access to manage your earnings in real time
  • Pension scheme participation
  • Wellbeing support through Hospitality Action
TRONC payments average approximately £1.25/hour but may vary depending on location.
