Being a General Manager:

Reporting to your Regional Operations Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the delivery of operational excellence in your restaurant. Full accountability for the effective delivery of people, guest experience, sales, profit, operational standards, Health & Safety and running FOH / BOH operations. Ensuring that TGI Fridays standards are maintained, and the store performance delivers budget and growth through a People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence Strategy. Leading by example and being a cultural ambassador for TGI Fridays.

About You:

  • Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering
  • The ability to demonstrate the delivery of a guest obsessed culture
  • Restaurant / hospitality experience / Kitchen experience
  • Proven track record of leading teams to success
  • Strong financial skills and be able to comfortably manage all audits and due diligence
  • The ability and skill to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting
  • Strong commercial acumen that enables you to drive sales and deliver business results
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think fast
  • Great communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight our guests
  • Showing your amazing personality every shift to make it a great experience for every guest
