Key Responsibilities
- Direct and lead team members, supporting Managers with the smooth running of the shift.
- Support the manager on duty to lead and inspire the performance of the team.
- Ensure the standards of TGI Friday’s are maintained across People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety and Property.
About You
- Experience in a role with a proven track record of leading a team.
- Restaurant / hospitality experience is desirable.
- Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to think fast.
- Great communication skills to lead and inspire a team and delight guests.
