Host at TGI Fridays UK
We are looking for a Host to join our team in the UK. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for guests, pride, personality, and a desire to deliver a great American‑style service.
You don’t need any previous experience; we provide full onboarding and training.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet guests and manage the host queue.
- Ensure timely seating and excellent customer experience.
- Handle reservations and waitlist management.
- Maintain display of opening hours and promotional information.
- Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to deliver a consistent service.
