Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the performance of the store team through TGI Friday’s values
- Oversee aspects of the store’s operation and performance, including People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety and Property
- Ensure that TGI Friday’s standards are maintained and the restaurant performance meets its targets
- Create an environment where teams and guests feel valued, loyal and celebrated
- Lead by example and act as a cultural ambassador for TGI Fridays
Qualifications
- Solid experience in a similar role with a proven track record of leading and delivering
