Contract: Full-Time | Evening and Weekend Availability Required

Responsibilities

  • Inspiring and guiding team members to deliver vibrant, high-quality service
  • Supporting and overseeing all aspects of restaurant, kitchen, and bar operations
  • Maintaining strong performance across People, Guest Experience, Sales, and Safety
  • Upholding impeccable standards — because every shift is showtime

Qualifications

  • Experience managing or supervising in hospitality or retail is a strong advantage
  • A natural passion for food, drink, and guest experience
  • Ability to energise a team and make fast, confident decisions
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
  • Calm under pressure with a sense of humour to match
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends — when the atmosphere is electric
