- Inspiring and guiding team members to deliver vibrant, high-quality service
- Supporting and overseeing all aspects of restaurant, kitchen, and bar operations
- Maintaining strong performance across People, Guest Experience, Sales, and Safety
- Upholding impeccable standards — because every shift is showtime
Qualifications
- Experience managing or supervising in hospitality or retail is a strong advantage
- A natural passion for food, drink, and guest experience
- Ability to energise a team and make fast, confident decisions
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure with a sense of humour to match
- Availability to work evenings and weekends — when the atmosphere is electric
