Being a General Manager:

Reporting to your Regional Operations Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the delivery of operational excellence in your restaurant. This will include:

  • Full accountability for the effective delivery of people, guest experience, sales, profit, operational standards, Health & Safety and running FOH / BOH operations
  • Ensuring that TGI Friday’s standards are maintained, and the store performance delivers budget and growth through a People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence Strategy
  • Leading by example and being a cultural ambassador for TGI Fridays

About You:

To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
  • The ability to demonstrate the delivery of a guest obsessed culture.
  • Restaurant / hospitality experience/ Kitchen Experience
  • Proven track record of leading teams to success
  • Strong financial skills and be able to comfortably manage all audits and due diligence.
  • The ability and skill to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
  • Strong commercial acumen that enables you to drive sales and deliver business results.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think fast.
  • Great communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight our guests.
  • Showing your amazing personality every shift to make it a great experience for every guest.
