We are back and looking for a brilliant and passionate Duty Manager who will lead and inspire a team while ensuring our guests receive the best experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs and leads team members; supports Managers with the smooth running of the shift.
• Supports the manager on duty to lead and inspire the performance of the team, covering all aspects of Restaurant, Kitchen, or Bar operation.
• Ensures TGI Friday’s standards are maintained and departmental performance delivers targets through a People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence Strategy.

About You

• Experience in a similar role with proven track record of leading a team.
• Desirable background in Restaurant / Hospitality.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think fast.
• Excellent communication skills to lead, inspire, and delight guests.
