Where Every Shift Is Showtime
You know who we are. The iconic red and white stripes. The cocktails that became legends. The walls steeped in stories and the energy of a brand born in the golden age of flair — New York City, 1965.
We set the stage for fun, freedom, and a little theatrical sparkle.
We invented the Long Island Iced Tea. We created the Loaded Potato Skins.
We didn’t follow the script — we wrote it.
Now, we’re inviting new performers to join our bar crew.
Your Role: Bartender & Performer
As a TGI Fridays Bartender, you become part of the heartbeat of our restaurant. The bar is your stage — a place where you shake, stir, and serve unforgettable moments. You’ll create the magic behind the bar and deliver the high-energy hospitality that keeps guests coming back.
With flair and finesse, you’ll:
- Serve up bold, vibrant cocktails with confidence and charisma
- Tell the stories behind our signature spirits
- Support your team and keep the energy flowing
- Channel classic Americana into every shift
- Deliver high-impact service that’s always in sync with the moment
No experience? That’s fine. We’ll train you to master the rhythm of our bar and give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to own the stage.
Evening and weekend availability is essential — the bar comes alive when the lights are low and the crowd is loud.
Your Backstage Benefits
- 100% of gratuities go directly to the team
- Time and a half pay for hours worked beyond 48 per week
- Flexible scheduling to support your lifestyle
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Apprenticeships and fast-track career development
- 50% off food for you and five friends or family members
- Unlimited soft drinks during shifts
- Celebratory team events, including 4th of July and Thanksgiving
- Performance recognition, rewards, and surprise perks
- Referral bonuses and long service awards
- Wagestream access to track and manage earnings in real time
- Membership with Hospitality Action for mental health and wellbeing support
- 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata)
