Role Description
The Service Manager's role is primarily focused on planning, scheduling, and coordinating service engineers for maintenance and breakdown works. The role includes managing a skilled team of engineers, coordinating service schedules, liaising with customers to provide support, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Service Manager will work closely with, and receive technical support from, our in-house Technical Contract Managers, meaning a technical background is not essential. Additional responsibilities include optimising processes, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business growth. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rochester.
