A Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the delivery of electrical design solutions, technical innovation, project management, mentoring of apprentices and graduates, and overall performance of the electrical project team across various sectors including commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, historic, education, leisure, and more.
Responsibilities
- Deliver electrical engineering services across a wide range of sectors and project types.
- Lead the design and delivery of electrical solutions, ensuring technical innovation and high performance.
- Manage project resources, time, and finances.
- Line manage and mentor graduate and apprentice engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering or building services engineering.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in electrical engineering consultancy.
- Experience managing building services projects from concept to completion.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux and Relux software; Revit useful but not essential.
- Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council and Member of a relevant body such as CIBSE or the IET, or in the process of attaining one.
