A successful West Midlands based independent financial advisory practice with an excellent local reputation is looking to recruit a Financial Planning / IFA Administrator to join their team in Tamworth.

Job Description

  • Providing support & administration services for a team of Financial Advisers
  • New business admin
  • Adding & scanning documents to the back-office system
  • Processing of adviser and provider documentation
  • Obtaining illustrations
  • Preparing client correspondence
  • Maintain back office systems and client records

Candidate requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have a background in Financial Services
  • Suitable backgrounds could include IFA Admin, Wealth Admin, IFA Client Support, Mortgage Administration.
  • Be well organised
