About the opportunity
To cover a period of parental leave, we’re looking for an SAP Functional Analyst to join our talented Technology team on a 9 month fixed term contract. This role will focus on SAP Sales & Procurement, supporting both T&G Global and T&G Fresh across BAU and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting our SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) systems and users to ensure operational excellence and ongoing system optimisation
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify enhancement opportunities, and drive adoption of new functionality
- Contributing to technology projects to ensure alignment with T&G’s overall technical roadmap
- Coaching and developing super users to build internal capability and promote best practice
- Collaborating closely with SAP Functional Leads, the SAP Development team, and the wider Technology function
This role offers flexible, hybrid working – a mix of work-from-home and onsite. It can be based in either Auckland (Ellerslie) or Hawke’s Bay (Whakatu), where you\’ll enjoy modern workspaces, free onsite parking, and a friendly, supportive team environment.
About you
- Proven experience in an SAP Support or Functional Analyst role
- Knowledge of SAP SD and/or SAP MM is an advantage
- A passion for technology and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A sound understanding of supply chain operations and how the pieces fit together
