Summary: -
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Operations to lead our manufacturing operations at T&G Engineering.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for ensuring production activities are carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
You will lead, motivate and develop the production and supporting teams whilst driving continuous improvement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, on time delivery and cost performance.
This is newly created role within the company giving an excellent opportunity for a strong manufacturing leader who is passionate about developing people, improving processes and creating a culture of high performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities: -
* Lead and develop managers, supervisors and office staff to create a smooth-running operation.
- Lead, motivate and manage the shop floor team on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure production schedules are met and customer delivery deadlines are achieved.
