Working 37.5 hours Sunday – Thursday working
Do you want to shape the daily flow of fresh milk across the UK network while driving planning excellence and continuous improvement?
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate fresh milk supply across the UK network, ensuring service, cost and quality targets
- Lead implementation of planning initiatives aligned with organisational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated resource allocation plans
- Resolve daily planning issues using independent judgment and innovative solutions
- Provide guidance and support to less-experienced team members
- Engage stakeholders at multiple levels to communicate plans and gain buy-in
This role sits within Supply Chain Planning, reporting to the Planning Manager MY UK South. The base location can be Leeds (North) or Aylesbury (South) and requires frequent travel (minimum once per month) to maintain strong working relationships.
What Will Make You Successful
You will be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in SharePoint and Power BI as an advantage. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and solid stakeholder management capabilities, along with knowledge of change management models and theory.
You bring experience in planning within demanding operational environments.
