We are currently recruiting for 1 Technician to work within the Process Operations Department on a full time basis. The working hours for this role will be 42 hours per week, working on a shift Rota of 4on4off – 2D2N, this role includes bookable holidays.

What will the role involve?
Reporting into the LCO Core Team Leader, the role will involve working as part of a closely knit team of skilled Technicians to achieve and surpass processing and production targets through the use of performance management tools and process confirmation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promotes and practices a strong safety culture amongst the team whilst upholding a high level of GMP and adhere to 5S standards.
- Process order management using SAP systems.
- Ensuring that company policies and procedures are maintained with regard to Food Safety, GMP, Customer Codes of Practice, Health & Safety, Environment and operating practices.
- Contributing to site Key Performance Indicators and Tactical Implementation Plans.
What you’ll need in order to be successful in the role:
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the correct leadership behaviours that a role of this nature demands. You will be a confident communicator and team player with strong attention to detail. Ideally, you will have experience in an operational role within a manufacturing or logistics environment with knowledge of lean tools and techniques. Computer skills are required with previous use of SAP and Microsoft Office advantageous.
