Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive (AE) to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience within a recruitment agency, HR software, or fintech company, ideally with a direct competitor or a fintech partner of TFY. This role is critical to driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting opportunities with HR decision-makers, particularly HR Directors and senior HR stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within mid-market and enterprise segments
- Sell TFY solutions to HR Directors, Heads of HR, People & Talent leaders, and related stakeholders
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR terminology, workforce management, and contractor of record models
- Navigate conversations around hiring seasonality, workforce scalability, and managing external workforce and independent contractors
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from deal origination and qualification through to deal closure
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to optimise go-to-market strategies
- Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Represent TFY professionally in sales calls, demos, and negotiations
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in: Recruitment agency, HR software, or fintech environment
- Ideally a direct competitor of TFY or a fintech partner operating in the HR / workforce ecosystem
- Proven experience selling to HR Directors or senior HR stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of: HR processes and terminology, hiring cycles and seasonality, external workforce management and independent contractor models
- Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Hands-on experience with sales CRMs, such as HubSpot or Salesforce (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience selling SaaS, HR tech, payroll, EOR, contractor management, or payments solutions
- Existing network within HR, talent, or workforce management communities
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
