Roles and Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components.
  • Microsoft 365 administration on Intune, Entra ID, Sharepoint, Exchange, and Defender.
  • Server administration on cloud and on premise, Domain Controller, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, VOIP, LDAP.
  • Network administration on firewall, switches, VPN, VLAN, WiFi controller.
  • Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues to local and remote users.
  • Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors.
  • Maintain proper logging and maintenance of help desk requests via ticketing system.
  • Conduct regular system backups to minimise data loss in the event of a system failure.
  • Maintain IT related Fixed Assets to support onboarding/offboarding process.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with all IT/ISO related policies and procedures.
  • IT project coordination and vendor management.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with Windows systems and environments.
  • Proven experience on Microsoft 365 platform and Cloud IaaS.
  • Experience with networking concepts and technologies.
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
  • Knowledge in cybersecurity practice is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
