Roles and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components.
- Microsoft 365 administration on Intune, Entra ID, Sharepoint, Exchange, and Defender.
- Server administration on cloud and on premise, Domain Controller, Active Directory, IIS, DNS, VOIP, LDAP.
- Network administration on firewall, switches, VPN, VLAN, WiFi controller.
- Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues to local and remote users.
- Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors.
- Maintain proper logging and maintenance of help desk requests via ticketing system.
- Conduct regular system backups to minimise data loss in the event of a system failure.
- Maintain IT related Fixed Assets to support onboarding/offboarding process.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with all IT/ISO related policies and procedures.
- IT project coordination and vendor management.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Familiarity with Windows systems and environments.
- Proven experience on Microsoft 365 platform and Cloud IaaS.
- Experience with networking concepts and technologies.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
- Knowledge in cybersecurity practice is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
