The Role Lead a team of People Partners to provide strategic and high-level operational people advice and guidance to designated area/s of responsibility.
As a trusted advisor, working collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and functional senior leadership to help shape, guide, and deliver effective outcomes in line with Tf W's strategic aims.
Working with and supporting the Head of People Partnering, other People Partners, People Partners and the wider People Team to provide a high quality and professional People service.
Role responsibilities Identify key people issues within designated business areas, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions in a timely and achievable manner.
Establish effective working relationships with Centres of Excellence and other key stakeholders across the business, to plan and deliver the suite of People related interventions to deliver a High Performing Culture that supports performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Areas include Performance Management, Early Talent, EDI, Productivity, and Learning
