The Role
To provide high-quality reward and people analytics that support evidence-based decision-making across pay, reward, job architecture and workforce planning.
- Role responsibilities
- Produce reward analytics and reporting by extracting, validating and analysing data from HR systems and external sources to support informed decision-making on pay, grading and reward strategy.
- Lead the variable pay review process by analysing performance and reward data, undertaking scenario modelling and providing evidence-based recommendations to support effective decision-making and the equitable distribution of variable pay outcomes.
- Deliver the Pay Structure Review reports by undertaking detailed analysis of pay, grading and market data, identifying trends and areas for improvement and presenting recommendations to inform the ongoing development of the pay framework.
- Maintain reward data integrity by managing datasets, validating changes and reconciling information across systems such as i Trent to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance.
- Deliver pay gap and reward equity analysis by interpreting pay and workforce data across employee groups to identify trends, risks and opportunities and support fair and equitable reward practices.
- Who we're looking for
- Experience of analysing and interpreting data to produce insights, reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Experience of working with HR, payroll, workforce or other business data within a reporting or analytical environment.
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and experience of using reporting tools to manipulate and present data.
- Ability to communicate complex information and analytical findings clearly to a range of stakeholders.
- Welsh Language Skills
