TfW Business Daily Group is seeking a proactive manager to provide leadership of fleet maintenance and repair activities within the production department at Canton Depot, coordinating work with capacity and fleet maintenance plan and contributing to the depot production plan with Fleet Planning.

You will drive safety leadership, champion continuous improvement, and ensure recruitment and development of depot staff to meet targets; oversee maintenance standards for Traction and Rolling Stock.
