Key Responsibilities:
- Contract administration and detailed knowledge of various contract forms (JCT, NEC, GC Works, PPC 2000)
- Cost planning and estimating
- Procurement knowledge
- Compiling tender/contract documents including Schedules of Works and Bills of Quantities
- Measurement experience (manual and CAD Measure)
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments
- Material costings knowledge
Required Skills:
- Independent delivery of procurement (single and two-stage tendering)
- Cost consultancy experience in commercial, residential, and retail sectors
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Proven track record in end-to-end commercial cost consultancy
- Experience with various forms of contract
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
