About this role

As part of our team you will be working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals. The Proposals & Contracts Process Lead is responsible for developing and leading TFS's global proposals and contracts capability across Clinical Development Services. This role combines capability ownership, governance, process excellence, training, Salesforce/CRM expertise, and senior commercial support for strategic proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the global Subject Matter Expert for proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.
  • Develop and maintain global standards, templates, tools, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Lead training, onboarding, competency development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Drive quality oversight, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across Business Units.
  • Act as the Salesforce/CRM process lead, supporting adoption, data quality, and process improvements.
  • Provide senior commercial support on complex proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic customer opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in proposals, contracts, budgeting, and commercial operations within a CRO environment.
  • Proven experience developing global proposal and contract standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, competency frameworks, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Extensive experience preparing budgets, proposals, contracts, and change orders for clients and vendors.
  • Experience supporting proposals within Ophthalmology, Oncology, Internal Medicine, and/or Dermatology.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with experience working across global teams.
