Typical Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Development Operations (e.g., CRA, Sr CRA, or leadership roles)
- Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and monitoring activities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
