We are expanding and are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join the team and be part of a growing and vibrant brand.
What Youll Be Doing
- Own the Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok & Snapchat.
- Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and audience segmentation to maximise ROAS.
- Develop and execute paid social campaigns for key product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Brief and oversee creative content for social campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance through A/B testing and data insights.
- Report weekly and monthly on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPCs, and conversions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and platform updates to keep our strategy innovative.
- Collaborate with Ecom, Marketing, CRM, SEO, and Paid Search teams for integrated campaigns.
- Work with our brand partners to run successful campaigns.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns in-house or agency-side.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Deep understanding of performance optimisation, creative best practices, and audience targeting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Experience in retail or a fast-paced eCommerce environment is preferred.
