New permanent job opportunity for an Information Governance Technical Analyst, for an international law firm based in Manchester, with hybrid working.
You will join the Information Governance and Technology team, to support the department, with key job responsibilities including:
- Performing lifecycle activities for file and user permissions within a Microsoft environment, including Entra, SharePoint Online, NTFS, and ADFS
- Executing access reviews and certifications based on requirements
- Documenting policies and procedures for Information Governance responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate notes and tracking documentation for data collection projects
- Developing collaborative relationships to identify tasks and processes required
Key person specification and job requirements include:
- Possess well-developed and professional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, including effectively defining problems and identifying solutions
- Exhibit the ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus
And you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field, preferably Microsoft or other relevant certifications
- Experience working with cloud, server and storage, active directory, networking, or other technology infrastructure fields
- Experience working in a law firm
- Of special interest would be experience of Powershell scripting, MS Entra, Cloud Server Storage but applicants for this job must have experience of technical support with strong troubleshooting skills and experience.
