Fixed Term contract for an Information Resources / Information Management / Information Procurement / Information Vendor Management specialist that can be based in either London or Belfast, with hybrid working.
Key Job Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Procurement and management of business and legal research tools and databases
- managing a portfolio of Information and Research products
- negotiating the subscriptions and renewals for information resources
- proactively monitor and manage the products\’ usage, support vendor management initiatives, and strengthen relationships with key vendors.
We are seeking an experienced Information Manager or Information services professional who is used to managing Information Resources, information resources procurement and managing supplier relationships with legal and business Information providers.This experience is essential.
Key Job Requirements and Person Specification:
- Experience of knowledge, technology, Information and research resources procurement in a professional services environment, ideally law firms
- Extensive experience in dealing with information suppliers and vendors, negotiating pricing and contracts at a regional and/or global level
- Expert knowledge and understanding of a broad range of knowledge and information resources
Available in either London or Belfast, this is a 4 to 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
