Role Summary
We are seeking a Fertility Specialist/Consultant to join our busy clinic in Southampton. The role involves clinical support and patient care within a multidisciplinary team, on a full‑time basis (37.5 hrs per week) with weekend and on‑call rotation.
Key Responsibilities
- Egg collections
- Embryo transfer
- Conducting consultations
- Performing HyCoSy and saline procedures
- Collaborating with medical, nursing and allied staff to ensure high quality patient care
- Working within a multidisciplinary fertility team
- SSR procedures desirable

Qualifications and Experience
- Full GMC registration and inclusion on the Specialist Register
- High diploma (Fellowship or Membership) of a specialty college (MRCOG or equivalent)
- Clinical experience in gynecology or fertility (minimum 2–5 years)
- Effective communication skills on medical topics with patients and peers
- Patient‑focused attitude
- Understanding of clinical biology and evidence‑based practice
- Knowledge of the HFEA Code of Conduct
- Understanding of related disciplines
- Supervisory and management skills
