We are one of the largest fertility service providers in Europe, operating IVF clinics and egg/sperm freezing banks in the UK and Poland. Our mission is to use technology to provide patients with a memorable best‑class fertility journey that leads to the best outcome when starting a family.

The post-holder will work under the remit of the specialist nurses, working within the clinic. Main duties are to support patients on their fertility journey from assisting with initial investigations right through to being present at events following treatments. Additional tasks include administrative skills to book patients for treatment, generate treatment plans and ensure all documentation is complete, meeting regulatory requirements. This role also requires a practical individual who can assist with procedures throughout the journey, including theatre running, phlebotomy and other tasks.

Location: GCRM was established in 2006 and is Scotland’s only private IVF clinic. Located in a business park on the outskirts of Glasgow, adjacent to junction 25 of the M8, with ample free parking for staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure delivery of high‑quality care to meet patient needs.
  • Develop skills in instruction, advice and care of couples throughout their treatment process, including clinical, theatre and recovery roles.
  • Perform phlebotomy.
  • Contact patients in person, via telephone and email.
  • Complete patient and group paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Assist in theatre and recovery.
  • Other duties as instructed by line manager.
  • Administration for management of patient treatment cycles and assist nursing staff.
Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant.
  • IT literate.
  • Interest in Women’s Health.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a fertility clinic or outpatient department desirable.
  • Phlebotomy skills desirable.
Working Hours: 20 hours per week – 3 days per week. Weekend working required at approximately 1:4.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
Pension: Dual contribution pension scheme.
Holiday Entitlement: 27 days + bank holidays.
