- Drive Performance: Lead RAM activities across the full asset lifecycle-from early project scoping to service introduction and continuous improvement.
- Shape Strategy: Develop and implement RAM procedures, tools, and plans that support engineering excellence and programme delivery.
- Deliver Insight: Set and manage RAM targets, conduct detailed analysis, and produce high-quality reports that inform critical decisions.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams to embed RAM thinking into everything we do.

- Experience facilitating RAM workshops and technical reviews, ensuring alignment between engineering requirements and operational needs.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and build consensus across multidisciplinary teams to support programme deliver
