Your Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Business Partner to lead the development of marketing campaigns and plans that drive passenger and revenue growth for the Bee Network over the next 12 months. You’ll work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple projects and client relationships, and ensure insight-led marketing activity is delivered on time and on budget.

Our Marketing team plays a vital role in helping people travel across Greater Manchester and in growing the Bee Network across tram, bus, cycling and walking. From campaigns that increase passenger numbers to behaviour change initiatives encouraging walking, wheeling and cycling, this is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll see the impact of your work first-hand!

You’ll bring experience in using audience insight to deliver effective marketing strategies, and confidence in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders. You’ll foster collaboration, creativity and teamwork, and support colleagues’ growth and development. Strong relationship management and clear communication skills are key.

The role is for a 12 month fixed term contract, with a salary of £47,539-£52,866 depending on skills and experience.
