Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to-day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop‑floor operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers and sharing a passion for style while delivering great service.
- Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handling transactions accurately and supporting stock control processes.
- Support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience.
- Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the store, engaging customers with excellent communication skills and flourishing in a customer‑facing environment.
- Take pride in the work you do with our customers and focus on delivering a top‑notch customer experience.
