A first-class shopping experience starts with our in-store Style Advisors. Natural promoters of customer service excellence, they go out of their way to provide an outstanding in-store experience to ensure that our customers return time and time again. Hardworking and dedicated, our Style Advisors treat our customers as their primary focus, actively listening to their needs and providing considered product and styling options to enhance overall store performance.
As a Style Advisor, you will need to connect with customers with personality and pride, acting as a brand ambassador to promote and deliver the outstanding customer experience we are known for. Reporting to the Store Manager, you should stay up to date on the latest styles and be the driving force behind service in-store, making the customer experience sparkle with your passionate, customer-facing perspective. Efficiently identifying and advising customers on outfit building (whether daywear, workwear, or wedding wear) will be second nature, and you will strive to help achieve commercial objectives by finding the best style solutions for our customers.
- Actively greet, assist, and sell in a professional and consultative manner, aiming to build multiple sales and champion our high-quality premium products.
- Maintain a high awareness of visual merchandising principles to deliver an inspirational store environment that drives performance.
- Operate an electronic Point of Sale system, handling transactions accurately and attentively while anticipating future opportunities to engage customers.
- Assist in all tasks required for the smooth daily operation of the store, promoting our brand and products effectively.
We will provide full training and ongoing support to ensure you have all the tools to succeed. You should be reliable, motivated, flexible to work on a rota basis, and capable of balancing shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills and a passion for product knowledge and styling are essential.
