We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Retail Operations Coordinator where you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence across our stores and Central Teams.

Your proactive and strategic approach will enhance the productivity and efficiency of our stores, contributing to the overall success of TFG London.

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Confident in communicating, you will collaborate with all departments to deliver business initiatives and ensure seamless operations across our stores.
  • Supporting on key retail initiatives to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner to optimise efficiencies.
  • Analysing and collating feedback from weekly trade meetings and distributing to Central Teams departments.
  • Managing the promotional calendar, assisting on all logistics including travel, presentations, attendees, awards etc.
  • Building strong relationships with key departments internally and externally, partnering with external hosts to build working relationships that strengthen TFG London's positioning.

You will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organisational skills.

We are looking for our Retail Operations Coordinator to have confidently use Microsoft programmes including Power Point, Word and Excel.

Previous retail management experience and/or retail operations is key for success in this opportunity.
