You’ll support the Performance Marketing team in executing paid marketing activities across paid media, contributing to the profitable growth of Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles and Inside Story. This role is affiliate focused.
Responsibilities- Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in delivering a strategic affiliate marketing approach, driving new customer acquisition and supporting retention through the Partnerize platform.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Partnerize team, ensuring clear communication of objectives, campaigns, and commercial priorities.
- Own day‑to‑day management of the affiliate programme, including partner onboarding, activation, and optimisation across key partner types (content, cashback, voucher, influencers).
- Facilitate and oversee campaign implementation via Partnerize, ensuring alignment with full‑funnel strategy and performance KPIs (Traffic, CPA, revenue contribution).
- Work closely with partners to secure placements, negotiate commissions, and drive incremental exposure for key campaigns and trading moments.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly affiliate performance, identifying trends and working with partners/agency to optimise activity and maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Ecommerce Trading, Brand) to align activity with wider marketing and promotional calendar.
- Support reporting and insights across the affiliate channel, including partner performance, incrementality, and new customer contribution.
- Identify opportunities to diversify the programme, including testing new partners, content strategies, and upper‑funnel affiliate activity.
- Maintain strong knowledge of affiliate trends, competitor activity, and Partnerize capabilities to ensure the programme remains competitive and innovative.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within retail, ecommerce or fashion.
- Hands‑on experience with Partnerize (or similar affiliate platforms).
- Exposure to other paid channels (e.g. Google, Meta).
- Strong understanding of affiliate partner types (content, cashback, voucher, influencers).
- Experience managing partner and agency relationships, including commercial negotiations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance against KPIs (e.g. CPA, ROAS, revenue).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and attribution principles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Proactive, test‑and‑learn approach with a focus on driving growth.
