About The Role
Are you interested in fashion and have a curiosity about the buying journey? Do you thrive on organisation and enjoy working hands-on with product? If so, this could be your perfect first step into buying at Hobbs. As the Buying Admin Assistant, you'll be right at the heart of how our Hobbs collections come to life. You'll be a vital assistance to the Assistant Buyer and Buyer on the Tailoring and Outerwear department, directly contributing to the development and delivery of our range that sets our brand apart.
What You'll Do:
- As the Buying Admin Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for the critical path, tracking timelines and ensuring every stage of the product lifecycle runs smoothly and efficiently.
- You'll take ownership of sample management, from organisation and tracking to preparing samples for meetings, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
- You'll actively contribute to analysing competitor activity and the latest seasonal trends, helping us stay ahead of the curve and inform our future Hobbs collections.
- As the Buying Admin Assistant, you'll play a key role in coordinating and preparing for range sign-off meetings, managing our systems and processes that keep our department moving forward seamlessly.
- Immersing yourself in the Hobbs brand, you'll gain deep knowledge of our business and actively contribute to the creation of a profitable range.
Who You'll Be:
- You'll be highly organised, with a strong eye for detail and for keeping things on track.
- Most importantly, you're eager to learn and soak up knowledge from our experienced Buying team from day one.
