Overview of the Content and Social Media Executive role within the Phase Eight Creative team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong writing skills to create engaging copy and social content for our brand across channels, including social media, email, and website. Proficiency in social media management, a strong knowledge of current fashion trends, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential. Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, SEO-optimised content, including but not limited to product descriptions, blog posts, social media captions, and email copy.
- Social Media Management: Manage and execute daily social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Project Management: Work closely with the Senior Brand Creative and Communications Manager on creative projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Content Strategy: Monitor competitor activity, partnerships, and activations to identify opportunities to enhance content performance and ensure Phase Eight produces relevant and commercially viable content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the Phase Eight brand including design, marketing and e-commerce to ensure seamless content delivery.
