What you’ll be doing
As Supervisor you will be a brand ambassador, promoting an outstanding customer experience. You will meet our customers every day and help them find that perfect outfit, from head to toe! You will use your experience to support the Sales Associates as they grow their own knowledge and experience as well as assisting the Assistant Manager and/or Manager to commercially drive store/concession performance.
- Confident in greeting and assisting customers with the aim of building multiple sales and championing our high-quality premium products
- Work in collaboration with the instore team to deliver an inspirational customer experience, whilst identifying opportunities to drive customer loyalty.
- Maintain operational excellence, handling transactions accurately, with care and attention and upholding stock control procedures
- Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth of the store whilst promoting the brand and position us as a premium shopping destination
