About The Role

Our Assistant Managers are key members of our store management team who work closely with the Store Manager to create a first-class shopping experience. They support the Store Manager in delivering excellence across the team, taking ownership of managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager. Assistant Managers oversee operational and commercial practices, foster team development, and drive store growth.

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in meeting key performance indicators, enhancing customer service, and maximizing sales. Your role includes coaching team members, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring the store\’s success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service and store experience
  • Assuming managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Maximizing store profitability in partnership with the Store Manager
  • Supporting the delivery of the store\’s vision and identifying growth opportunities

About You

You will receive full training and ongoing support. You should have previous experience in coaching and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment. Demonstrated ability to manage store operations, training, visual merchandising, and team management is essential.
