Are you a highly analytical and proactive Branch Merchandiser looking for that next step in your career? As the Senior Assistant Branch Merchandiser, you'll be a vital team member, playing a key role in maximising how well our Hobbs range performs and ensuring a seamless flow of stock throughout our UK and Ireland stores, including our exciting new store launches and concession partnerships.

What you'll do:

  • Work with the Branch Merchandiser to support in the planning and execution of merchandising strategies for our UK and Ireland stores and concession partners.
  • Provide insight, reports and recommendations to optimise stock allocation and support sales across UK and Ireland.
  • Assist with the range planning process, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of new store openings and concession locations, contributing to their success.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including Buying, Retail Operations, and Logistics, to ensure efficient stock flow and communication.
  • Proactively identify and resolve store‑specific merchandising challenges.

Who you'll be:

With new stores on the horizon, your ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities will be key as we expand our footprint at Hobbs. Excellent organisational and time management skills gained in similar merchandising roles are required. As you'll also work closely with our concession partners, ensuring their merchandising aligns with our brand standards, you'll thrive in a fast‑paced environment and utilise your analytical skills to take initiative to ensure our stores are set up for success.
