We are looking for a People Administrator to join us on a permanent contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support our People team providing effective administrative support to our TFG London brand teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage the onboarding process for new starters, including preparing contracts and offer letters, coordinating inductions and ensuring all documentation is completed and recorded accurately.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data is accurate, up to date and compliant, including right-to-work documentation.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing guidance on HR processes, policies and benefits.
- Prepare a range of HR documentation, including contractual change letters, probation correspondence, leaver documentation and employee relations administration.
- Manage the HR inbox, resolving queries where possible and escalating matters to the appropriate team member when required.
- Support the wider People team with administrative activities, projects, employment references, anniversary communications and company-wide initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive employee experience by delivering responsive support, effective communication and excellent customer service across the business.
Who You'll Be
- A highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A proactive team player who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills, able to build positive relationships across the business.
- Trustworthy and professional, with the maturity and discretion required to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and eager to develop your HR knowledge, taking ownership of tasks while recognising when to seek support or escalate issues.
- Previous administration experience is preferred, ideally within a people-focused or HR environment.
