We are keen to appoint an Accounts Payable Coordinator to our Group Finance Team to support us in achieving our short, medium and long term objectives.

What you'll do:

The Treasury Analyst will play a critical role in managing TFG’s liquidity and banking operations, ensuring efficient cash management, accurate payments, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role combines operational excellence with analytical insight, supporting strategic decision-making and risk management across the business.

  • Cash and Payments Management
    • Prepare and maintain the daily cash position, including downloading MT940 statements and updating FX rates.
    • Assist with cash flow forecasting and variance analysis to support liquidity planning.
    • Create funding payments and maintain treasury payment templates.
  • Banking and Systems Administration
    • Perform administrative tasks on banking platforms and treasury systems.
    • Maintain online banking user access, including processing leaver reports.
    • Manage and update bank account signatories and ensure accurate records.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements in all treasury activities.
    • Support Know Your Customer (KYC) requests and documentation requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Assist in the preparation of the monthly Treasury reporting pack.
    • Complete month-end deliverables accurately and on time.
    • Administer the Treasury mailbox, ensuring timely responses to queries.
    • Maintain and update the legacy Point of Contact (PoC) with counterparty banks.
