We're looking for a Property Coordinator to join our team. This role is a maternity cover.
What you'll do:
- Support the delivery of facilities and property projects across the group, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support store developments, refurbishments, and maintenance works.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with facilities management and health & safety requirements.
- Monitor and track key project information, updating systems and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Support the rollout and ongoing management of health & safety programmes, ensuring actions are completed within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate property and estate records, including store data, lease information, and key property activity.
- Assist with reporting, proposals, and coordination of property-related activity including rent reviews and renewals.
- Support day-to-day estate management, including liaison with agents, landlords, and other third parties.
- Provide administrative support such as invoicing, tracking spend, and compiling reports and communications.
- Attend site visits and meetings where required to support wider project delivery.

- A strong coordinator with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities across different projects.
- A great communicator, able to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
- Comfortable working with contractors, suppliers, and third parties.

- An interest in property, estates, or facilities management (experience in a similar role is beneficial).
