We’re looking for a Regional VM Specialist to champion our stores across Central London. In this multi‑brand role, you’ll help shape and deliver seasonal and weekly visual strategies across Phase Eight, Hobbs and Whistles. You’ll work closely with store teams and Central departments to make sure each store feels exciting, consistent, and true to our brand identities, all while creating a brilliant experience for our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Bring our seasonal visual standards to life in stores, helping to design and implement creative guidelines.
- Deliver weekly and monthly visual updates, including new window displays, layouts, mannequins and key promotional areas, making sure every store looks its best.
- Coach and inspire store teams through hands‑on training sessions and virtual tools, building their confidence and skills.
- Use sales and performance data to make smart decisions on layouts and displays, boosting sales and highlighting key areas.
- Keep an eye on what competitors are doing and suggest fresh ideas or trials to keep us ahead.
- Work closely with Retail Leadership to improve training and develop helpful, practical visual merchandising guides.
- Always keep the customer front of mind, designing layouts and displays that feel welcoming, inspiring and easy to shop.
- Maintain excellent visual standards, presenting products in innovative ways to encourage purchases and increase basket sizes.
Who you’ll be:
- Experienced in visual merchandising within a retail environment, ideally covering an area or region.
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of what drives customer interest and sales.
- A natural communicator and coach, able to motivate and support different teams.
- Creative and detail‑focused, passionate about creating beautiful and effective displays.
- Flexible and happy to travel across London.
- Confident using tools to train colleagues.
