What You’ll Be Doing

  • As HR Coordinator you'll partner with Regional and Store Managers, offering expert advice and support across all things people—from employee relations and performance management to engagement and change projects.
  • You'll champion best practice and lead on upskilling store managers.
  • Your duties include:
  • Develop and maintain strong and trusted partnerships with Store Managers.
  • Support Employee Relations cases including disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace investigations.
  • Participate in projects across areas such as Employee Relations, Reward, L&D, Change Projects and Engagement.
  • Support the wider team in delivering key People projects.
  • Ensure People Policies, processes and initiatives are effectively communicated and embedded into the way we work.

What you’ll need

  • As HR Coordinator you will be comfortable influencing stakeholders, have a good understanding of ER and it would be great if you had some experience working on a variety of cases.
  • We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of confidence, compassion, and commercial savvy.
  • You’re a natural relationship builder, a proactive problem-solver, and someone who thrives on making a difference.
  • You’ll be comfortable working independently, influencing stakeholders, and juggling multiple priorities.
  • This role is perfect for someone keen to continue their HR career in a growing business that truly values its people.
