Our success is all thanks to our amazing people and we are keen to appoint a CRM Assistant to assist our CRM team as we continue to pursue our ambitious growth plans.
What You\’ll Do:
- Take ownership for the planning, execution and optimisation of CRM campaigns across all territories for the Group
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal and external partners to deliver CRM campaigns
- Implement test and learn plans for optimising campaign performance and improving customer KPIs
- Collaborate with the insights team to track and monitor campaign performance and customer KPIs
- Monitor database numbers to ensure there is an accurate view of active opt ins and understand the impact of our activities on churn rates
Who You\’ll Be:
To be successful in the CRM Assistant role you will have the following skills and experience:
- CRM specialist comfortable managing CRM campaigns for a retail business with a global footprint
- Experience working with CDP/ESP/CRM platforms, experience using Exponea a bonus
- Fearless with the ability to generate ideas that can be tested rapidly to challenge current ways of working
- Hands on experience of analytics packages, preferably Google Analytics
- Demonstrable ability to work in fast paced environments working to tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed effectively
