We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries across multiple platforms, ensuring every customer receives timely, professional, and helpful support. This role is ideally suited to someone based in Liverpool who can commute to our office, however remote candidates will also be considered for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via Outlook (email), Instagram, and Discord
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all platforms
- Manage multiple conversations at once while maintaining attention to detail
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required
- Log and track customer interactions and common issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong written communication skills
- Confident using digital platforms such as email and social media
- Familiarity with Instagram DMs and Discord servers is a strong advantage
- Organised, dependable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
