We're looking for a passionate and organised Breakfast Chef to take ownership of the breakfast operation at Oz & Isle, the signature restaurant at The Hobson Cambridge.
Oz & Isle offers a contemporary dining experience inspired by Australian hospitality, combining quality ingredients, vibrant flavours, and a strong beverage-led concept.
The Hobson Cambridge is a flagship property within the TFE Hotels portfolio, part of a growing European hospitality group with more than 20 hotels across brands including Adina Hotels, A by Adina, MM: NT, The Hobson, and The Wellington.
The Role
As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality breakfast experience for hotel guests while managing breakfast preparation, ordering, stock control, and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous breakfast chef or similar kitchen experience.
- Strong food safety and HACCP knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a service.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Passion for quality food and hospitality.
What We Offer
- Expected earnings up to £34,000 per annum including service charge.
- £30,000 basic salary plus monthly service charge.
